I have a complete M20 engine from an '89 325i for sale. It has very high miles but was being daily driven and made the 50 mile trip here without issue. It is complete with all manifolds, alternator, AC, etc. It has an auto trans attached to it that I'd rather just keep bolted to and give to the buyer.
I was planning on keeping it, building it + turbo and swapping into my 318is but I am going to sell it since I got the M3 so no need anymore. $150 local pickup for it all! If I don't sell it soon I suppose I can part it out but dread the hassle...
