    FS: M30 motor, m20 motor, parts car, chipped 173 DME, M50 intake mani, and MORE

    I went with the M50 swap instead so I have abandoned the M30 project and need to sell it due to the sale of my house. I pulled the motor out of a 1989 735. I have the head, alternator, brackets, throttle body, intake manifold, valve cover etc. etc. I cleaned and painted all the parts to the motor, everything looks like new. It also comes with new Mahle Pistons and ring set Complete. Includes pistons, rings, wrist pin, and c clips. They are .5 over and are made for the 3.5l M30 motor, they are dished out, not sure of compression, but they are alot lower than the stock m30 pistions I pulled out. I also have brand new main bearings (standard size). And also a complete timing chain, tensioner, quide, rail, with c-clips. I want to sell everything as a package but will sell individual parts if the price is right.

    I would like to get $350 OBO for all the M30 stuff. Local pickup only please.

    I also have a complete, running M20 motor with harness. $400 OB0

    1987 325is, complete car. Needs a little TLC. I think the distributer is shot, it ran really strong when it was running. $500

    173 E30 DME with Dinan chip $175 shipped

    M50 intake manifold. $160 shipped

    definately interested in the M30 stuff. I wont have extra cash for a few weeks though..I am in CT though so local pickup will be no problem. Got a part number on the pistons?

    You still plan on coming to the dyno day?

        Sounds good man, that would be perfect since you live so close. The number is 082 57 02 thats on the box label. But there are also a few more numbers on the box. But, I thinks thats the part number. I think I am still down for that dyno day. This coming weekend is a Porsche Club Auto X at Plainfield Dog Track, you wanna come? Me and a few friends email the people who are head of the Porsche club and we he said we can compete.

              2.5 M20. Came out of car running. Replaced with the M50. Motor has approx 130k. And I think I have a stock gtreg kicking around too.

                    The car has no rust. I stripped the car down to bare metal 2 years ago and primed it black. I think the distributer is messed up and the driveshaft center support bearing is shot. Car is lowered with spax kit, has ats front rotors, straight exhaust with just a muffler, black leather sport seats and plastic bumper conversion.

                      would you get rid of just the pistons/rings? And they would go in a regular M30? PM or email me im interested. Pics would be cool too if you have them.

                        i'd be interested in the m20 and the car, what kind of price for both, oh and the tranny too. i'm in CT so pickup wouldn't be an issue.
