Selling a M20 200 casting head with a '78 date stamp. It came on my '83 e30 323i, but was swapped onto it from an e21 at some point in the car's past. The intake ports show some grinding work to port match them to the e30 manifold (and to get them close to the 731 shape). This head would be a great swap onto an eta motor, the cam is a lot closer to the late model e30 profile than the eta one.
Head functioned well when installed in my car. Unknown mileage, but car's odometer shows 67,xxx miles. No major scoring on the cam.
I will include an early valve cover if needed.
Pickup in the SF Bay Area greatly preferred.
