FYI, I am in the storage business. I used to ship E30 seats in wardrobe boxes. Go into a local storage company and price wardrobe boxes. Boxes should be $12 to $15 each. Charge your customer the box price.
Ummm, did anyone ever answer the question on if these are direct fit?.........G.Comment

1 series seats
I have 1 series seats in my e30. Leatherette. I love them. It did take Robert from e30 Motorwerks to make
a bracket to fit the rails. Also cut off the back several inchis of the rail just before the detent
as the 1 series rails are longer. Also mount as far forward as possible since the seat slides further back than the e30 seats.
Overall I think it was a good plan.
My car is "in the shop" so I will take picsComment

To be honest for $200 it's not worth my time to find boxes, get materials to wrap and package both seats safely, get shipping quotes and borrow a car to fit these in (they won't fit in my car). If I were to do all that I'd have to raise the price and I'm not sure if there's demand for that. I just want someone to take em out of my basement lol!I have 1 series seats in my e30. Leatherette.
