To all others, please don't be afraid to make honest offers, I am all ears to an interested buyer and price is definitely negotiable. I obviously have to post some sort of price for the listing to comply with forum rules. I will work with local freight companies if it needs to be shipped.

    Thanks!

Hey maybe all this will help you sell your stuff!! Bad publicity is better than none.
"Copy pasta" you made me laugh. Free bump just for that. Nice guy that guy element. Buy his stuff guys so he can make his big "move". Don't offer him less than asking price or he will bash you all over R3v

$4,300 is a kick in the balls and you know it. Low-ballers disgust me.

I offered your obviously beloved op $4,300. Which is just 10% less than his asking price if you do the math. How is that a kick in the balls? I didn't read anything about his price not being negotiable, he could have countered or just said no to my offer and left it at that. You guys justify him instantly bad mouthing and making false assumptions about others on these forums?
Low ballers disgust me too FSUJBP, but so do people that make ignorant uneducated false assumptions about others and post it on public forums. But even worse for me are the people that get sucked into others ignorance and join in on it and look just as stupid. Wasn't looking for conflict with anyone on here. I'm 36, married, and a father. run a successful business and have 3 project cars that I never seem to find the time ro work on anymore.
I have no time for this crap really. I didn't create it only stood up for myself.

You offered me $4300 for the complete package, SHIPPED from South Florida to Queens, NY ($350-$500) as a last remark in the final PM you sent me.
Before we even got to discussing the price of the complete package, you asked how much for freight costs. I told you it wouldn't cost more than $500.
              To which you replied:

Whatever shipping a whole car has to do with buying a turbo S52 drivetrain, I wish I knew.

So yes, you basically offered me $3800-$3950 for something I offered for sale for $4800-NOT including shipping costs. That's $850-$1000 less than my asking price.

Not only that, but after looking at your other posts on this forum, you are ALL OVER the place inquiring on random engines for sale. From $1800 M52's to $4000 NA S52's to a $2250 M62. Should I be led to believe that you are a "seriously interested" FI S52 buyer after your previous posts on r3v and your PM's to me?

I'll tell you what.. I will offer the complete drivetrain I listed up here, SHIPPED right to you and ONLY you in Queens, NY for $5000 (net). I'll even negotiate that price a little with you, but I can't do anywhere near $4300 with freight costs, sorry. Yes, I will eat the majority of the freight costs. If YOU want it for that price PM me. If not, feel free to keep bumping my thread, telling r3v about your tax bracket, your personal life, your business, etc. Very interesting stuff indeed.

To others with interest in the package - I am flexible on the price and will have a clear idea of freight prices on Monday when R&L calls me back.

You're a lowballer, plain and simple. If you're too busy being a Dad, then go do that and stop insulting people and then whining about it later.

So back on topic.. I'm still selling the complete drivetrain.

Just wanted to give an update.
I spoke to R&L carriers today and grabbed a few quotes. I'm assuming the engine, transmission, and turbo kit all together is going to weigh in around 550lbs. It definitely isn't less than 540.

I got quotes to Kansas City, MO zip 64068 and to Connecticut zip 06119.

                          Prices are only approximations.
                          64068 ~$580
                          06119 ~ $650

Additionally, keep in mind I will have to build a nice crate for the buyer if it is shipped. I don't want anything happening to it during shipment. That's not a problem for me and I won't be charging anything for it.

I am also willing to work on the price for an interested buyer.

If you'd like to call R&L, the phone number and details are above or on the last page. Ask them for their 70% discount if possible. Tell them it's for an engine and provide them with the weight of 550lbs. Also give them your zip code. I would be dropping off at the R&L terminal in zip 34986.

                          Thanks

NewYorkStockExchange, 30 years old, I'm assuming? Who's really paid and owns an e30 that isnt an M3. "Really successful" and $500 is a lot for shipping LOL. I tried to ship a motorcycle (that probably weighed less) from tx to ca and it was $650. I hate arrogant pricks like you. Errand boy for the rich.
                            90 Bronzit 325is (I <3 my e30!) RIP. Best car ever.

The one who talks the most is usually the wrong one. I thing the fact that you have told everyone you are successful a number of times, have told us all you own a lot of property and have three whole project cars but cant fathom paying 500 shipping for a large object like a motor, along with lowballing an already cheap price for whats being sold, is worthy of a laugh. Thanks for the late night entertainment.
