For sale is my 49k mile OEM E46 m3 transmission. (6-Speed Getrag 420G Manual Transmission)
This unit was purchased from an acquaintance as a spare who purchased a brand new replacement after a very poorly diagnosed normal clutch failure. (slippage)
The unit had 49k miles when removed, it was is in perfect working order with smooth operation, again it was very hastily replaced after the clutch began to slip, the owner chose to have the new unit installed in favor of this one regardless.
Right before removal the fluid was flushed with brand new Redline fluid, which it has been stored with for a few years.
The transmission includes clutch fork, and all sensors however it does NOT include a slave cylinder.
Only mentionable issue is that at some point it seems to have gotten stored on its side and there was some fluid leakage from the top pressure relief. I have wiped it down with brake clean, but it does have some grime from the spilled fluid. The fluid should be replaced or at least topped off to ensure proper fluid level.
I am simply selling this unit to clear up some space.
