Are the Bilstein/H&R combo already installed on the struts? Or is it just loose, 4 bilsteins and 4 springs?

The front springs are installed onto e36 struts and the front struts on installed onto e30 strut housing. I went 5 lug and tried putting the springs for my 5 lug but it was too low so I took it off

I'm confused. Are these E30 H&R springs? With E30 Bilsteins? What part are E36?

The suspension is for e30 the link from turner is the same kit that is where I purchased it from. I thought I could use it for my 5 lug but it didn't work out. Please pm me if you have any other questions. Thank you
