what about polishing the glass, or converting to smoked? My original hella housing is rusted so I need to transfer the crosshairs and lense to a depo housing.

Another thing might offer is wiring...like so it can be plug/play when going from euro smilies from sealed beams. Its a easy conversion but pain to locate all the part numbers.
Renting my rear wheel bearing tool kit. SIR

Polishing glass is risky business and not something i want to do at this time.
As for smoking headlights i have already put thought into this and I am currently in the works with a vendor for the crosshairs but will glady convert to smoked head lights if the customs provides the crosshairs

I just bought a set of US ellipsoid. How do I know if the adjuster need replacement or repair. They are all turning but need a little bit force. I have a sealed beam now and I would like them to be in working order before I install them. Thanks.

you could go the easy route and coat the threads in some type of lubricant or penetrate and slowly twist them back and forth until they free up.

Thanks man...just did that, much better now. Now I need to learn how to adjust them after installation. Any tip or trick to do it correctly?

mount them back on the car and park the car about 5 feet from a wall. mark a straight line on the wall and adjust accordingly.
