2.7i Swap Stuff including 731 head

I have most everything you need to upgrade your eta car to 2.7i specs including:

731 M20 Euro Head (about 170K miles according to Boby who I bought it from)

The following 325i/is parts

Wiring harness (from an early is)
DME
Valve Cover
Intake Manifold
Fuel Rail/Injectors/FPR
Throttle Body
AFM/Airbox

I'd like to get $750 plus shipping, but would prefer local pickup.
