FS: 1991 E30 M3 front (manual, heated) and rear seats and OEM sliders

CONDITION: OEM black leather. Seats are now almost 25 years old and as such show signs of usage. All pieces with the exception of the driver’s seat have been sitting in storage for about 2 years. I have given them a cursory cleaning. I will describe each seat as best as I can. Come see the seats, sit in them and see if they’re what you’re looking for/expecting in terms of quality. They present really well in person…I’ve tried to convey that in pictures. For additional pictures, feel free to provide me an e-mail address and I’ll send over a zip file.

    PRICE: $1,500 obo.

SHIPPING: Local pick up only. Not looking to split front and rear, or some combination thereof. I’m located in Atlanta, GA 30307.

LISTING: I’ve placed this ad on a few other forums, craigslist and e-bay.

DESCRIPTION: Below is a short description for each of the seats and my conservative rating for each. A few pictures for each item are below the description. The driver’s seat is still in the car. All others have been removed.

Driver – 6/10: Usual wear on left bolster. No rips or exposed foam/padding. The leather is ‘thin’ in that area. Seat dos not recline forward—I suspect the internal recline cable is broken. Additionally, the recline handle is loose and will come off if given a good tug. All other functionality is intact, including the three adjustments and seat heaters.

Passenger – 8/10: As expected, this seat is in the best condition. Minimal wear. All functionality is intact. Tight cushions and no wobble.

Rear Bench – 7/10: Good foam. Stitching is coming apart (about 6 inches) where it connects to the center section. Tough to see without physically pulling it apart (see pic # 3)

Rear Backrest – 7/10: Good foam. Leather is somewhat ‘tight’ up top as a result of sun exposure. Additionally, the stitching is brittle at the seams where it connects to the center section at the top of the backrest—also a result of sun exposure.

    Cheers,
    Igor
