    How would u install this? Any screws come with it. Sry for newbie question but my knob sucks and really like this one.

        You just pull really hard on your knob, being careful not to bust yourself in the face, and push the new one on until it snaps in.

          Yup, Mansalad is correct. As long as you have the OEM shift lever (should be a small groove in the top if you remove your existing knob) this simply slides over the top and clips on.
