I just sold my e30 (89 325i)...sad day I know. I bought the set up new, and I only installed the rear shocks and springs on my car, but never drove it. I already had ground control sleeves on the car, so the ones in this kit have never been mounted. So essentially this is a brand new set up! The rates IIRC are 525f/650r. I also got the hybrid front caster/camber plates for it. Below is a link to the kit. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
