I replaced my entire cooling system on my S54 M Coupe. Although I didn't have any issues, my mechanic was doing a bunch of other work and I simply didn't want to have to be under the hood for the next 75k miles for whatever reason
Although these are used, car had 118k - they were in good shape. Prices are shipped.
S54 water pump - $115 (no play in shaft)
S54 3 row radiator - $65 (shipping is expensive...)
S54 thermostat - $20
S54 Cooling expansion tank - $35
S54 Rubber hoses - $35
S54 Fan Clutch - $30
Or take everything for $250 shiped. Parts new were about $800 otherwise.
