It won't bolt up... you'd still need some fabrication!

Exactly.. As you can see, This was set up for v-bands and breaks apart in several pieces. Not to mention, downtube/collector tubes all end at different points in different stock and aftermarket exhausts.

Exhaust systems arent universal plug and play parts. Surely r3v knew that

If you use this with RD Headers and add a single v-band flange at the end of the included collector tubes... It WILL bolt, or rather band, right up.

For any other setup you'd just need to match the length of your downtube or collectors to this mid pipe and add a vband

          I'm interested...
Do you have an estimation of weight?
Would you be willing to stick it on a pallet so I can have it picked up freight?

            32 lbs packed up.

I could fit it into a box 20"x52"x14"

Freight might cost more than fedex or USPS.. USPS would ship a package of those dimensions with standard shipping for the cheapest probably

do you have any pictures of where the header/collector attaches in reference to the underside of the car. I would like to have this system fabbed up to my M52 headers.

What's your zip so I can run a shipping quote through my business UPS account. I get pretty good rates!

I'm assuming its all 304 stainless?

Yes, all 304. I made sure we didn't cut any corners when this exhaust was assembled.. The headers alone were nearly $1300 iirc.

                My zip is 34953.

I shipped a 30lb e30 gas tank in a slightly larger box two weeks ago through USPS for about $42 to AZ with insurance.

As far as the pictures go, I can't find a picture of just the collectors meeting the midsection at the clamp. This is the best I can find beyond what I posted above:

Those elbows at the bottom of the headers are included with the RD Headers. The shop I had fab up the mid section welded in one of the y tubes you see further up at that point and that's where they hooked in to my midsection.

The midsection started at the right side of the tubing with the resonator in it (very first pic in this thread.)

i have a b&b on my mtech right now and i really love it. not the quietest exhaust out there by any means but it really sounds sweet. when i called them about mine, i think i remember them saying you can custom order it a few different ways. mine came with angled tips kind of like a stock system. i think the straight ones you have here look good too. you can see by looking at the op's pics, that these guys are really proud of their products. the workmanship and quality of materials are second to none. just get a close look at all the info on that data plate on the side.

If I happen to be down in the H-town area mind giving me a ride? Trying to get an idea of sound on an E30, granted I'll have an S5x in mine so it'll be a little different.
