It looks like there is a sizable chunk missing at the top of the right side, upper horn button. Is that what I'm seeing, or is it just some optical illusion?

That's a very small tear, the add shows the wheel is worn and has flaws.... The pics are there if someone wants it they buy it or not.

I think the price reflects the defects. It's just the pics and description differ a bit.
