It has scuffs on the bottom side. Good shape overall with no cracks. Genuine BMW part.

The cluster is a VDO model from a 325e, the more efficient model. I believe the only difference in this cluster to a regular 325i is just the tach. It can be swapped though. I'm not too sure if VDO/Motometer clusters are interchangeable.
