Thanks. Worked on them about 6 hours today, and have plans for about another 6 tomorrow. Control units are done, working on the display driver board.

Wrapped up all the electronics tonight, and all the control boxes - whoosh! Tested, inspected, cased up the control unit and hand tested each one to made sure each were calibrated to be spot on.
I have to get more hazard switches in to finish. But we're 95% done. I will start taking orders for a new batch before these go out - and no, that will not effect the current batch.
I'll be sending out emails soon to verify your address, and to people that don't follow this thread, but ordered a unit, so sorry for the duplicate message if you're reading this.
Sorry for the delay on this, I'm really behind! Eeek!Last edited by george graves; 03-06-2017, 05:00 AM.Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?

From my build thread:
Wired up the wideband display i bought from george graves. All went smoothly and easily enough. I used the radio switched 12v, ground and illumination wires and the ground and 5v from the innovate lc-2 controller.
All works well however there is about a 0.1 to 0.2 AFR difference between the innovate gauge and this one; nothing major.

Nice!
I can't speak to the accuracy of Innovate gauges, and I don't have any on hand. I can say that 0.1 AFR difference at 14.7 AFR is less then 1% error - so I think it's fair to say, it's a match. (0.1 AFR/14.7 AFR) *100% = 0.68%
What I can tell you is that I don't bother with 1% when I calibrate and test each of the units I build - I do one better, I get down to a few millivolts for it's accuracy across the entire AFR. And that keep it well under 1% error across any measurement. I'm a bit of a nerd like that.
