COMPLETE S52 swap with EVERYTHING $sold

I'm going a different direction with my car. Included is absolutely everything you would need to swap a fresh top-end S52 into an E30. I bought the car a little over 2 yrs ago with the S52 installed but only test miles on it. The engine had 83K on it with a new top end and a new oil pump (welded nut). I've been driving it 2 1/2 yrs working out all the bugs, and in that time replaced the water pump and alternator with new heavy duty Bosch items, replaced every conceivable gasket, did a Dr vanos kit, swapped in a Euro HFM/TRM chip/injectors, and lots I'm forgetting. The car made 233hp at the wheels (dyno sheets available (uncorrected was 242hp)).

I had an Active Autowerke Supercharger installed and promptly blew the head gasket between cyl 5 and 6. Kevin and Tom at KD Motorsports took it all apart, inspected it, and sent the head out to be checked. The block was fine but one of the pistons has a couple of small dings on top; the insulator on the spark plug fell into the combustion chamber and bounced around before I shut down. The head checked out perfectly but it was decked to ensure it was absolutely true, and then the engine was reassembled using ARP head studs and an MLS gasket. There is now a new radiator, thermostat and temp switch, and the oil filter housing has aeroquip provisions for an oil cooler, although it is just a loop at the moment. I've been driving it a month and oil temp never gets above 200 even in stop and go traffic. Water temp never goes above 3/8 on the gauge.

S/C kit is pending sale and not part of the package.

What would be included: everything. And I mean, EVERYTHING.
1998 S52 engine with 96K, new top end w/ARP headstuds & MLS gasket
    OBD1 swap
    Euro HFM
    New water pump
    New alternator
    New oil filter housing
    all new gaskets
    New plugs
    New thermostat, hoses
    Dr Vanos vanos kit
    ECU with custom chip
    New tensioners
    Headers (new studs and gaskets)
Full custom 2.5" exhaust w/cats (passes with flying colors). Finished with a gorgeous black Vibrant twin outlet muffler.
New M42 radiator w pusher fan wired to temp sensor (never even gets to halfway on temp gauge)
    Engine mounts
G260 5 spd w new UUC Evo3 shifter mechanism (shifts beautifully)
    Tranny mounts
    Brake Booster
    Brake master cylinder
    S3.25 Limited Slip with ~70K

If you have a 325 you're all set.
If you have a 318 you'll also need a driveshaft/diff/axles (you could use the 4.10 but it's waayyy too short for this kind of power.

Any idea how nasty shipping all the way east would be?

An option a lot of people don't know about for shipping these is through Fastenal. They sell hardware and such, but they will ship a pallet from store to store if you have them by you.

I bought a whole package like this off a forum member in AZ who shipped it to OH for only like ~$400.

        GLWS OP!

Forgot to add, also includes the wire harness. Not sure on shipping but I had my entire car shipped from Boston to Portland for $1500. My guess would be $500.

Just talked to shipper who did the car. Shipping this whole setup would probably be $800 plus many hours of boxing or building a crate. It's a lot of stuff.
