These are in good shape, with the exception of one of the crank mounts. It appears that someone tried to turn it with vise grips at some point. This does not affect operation of the regulator in any way (I tried it with an OEM crank from my e30 with no issue or slippage), however, I woudn't feel comfortable not disclosing it.
