Rebuilt m50tu e30 ready

I have an m50tu that I had rebuilt with the intentions of swapping it into my e30 but I came across an s52 for a good price and decided to go with that. Now it's time to get rid of this engine. Comes with harness, fuel rail, injectors, alternator, belt. Needs knock sensors and cam position sensor.

What constitutes a rebuild? just gaskets, or bearings rings also? was the head gone though? and e34 oil pan and everything?

Top and bottom end gasket sets, Pistons were not removed. The engine only had 110k when I pulled it from my parts car. The head was gone through. All the e34 oil pan stuff yes.
