I hope you verified the certification of those you sold to. The fines are STEEP.

I think, but don't quote me on this, that there is another option: If the buyer does not have their EPA 609 Certification, the buyer must agree not to use, open, install, or otherwise vent the refrigerant, and only to act as an intermediary in selling it to a final buyer/user who is 609-certified.
