That sucks man. For the most part, this is a forum of a lot of good people, but lord knows there's always the presence of those that would steal, as well. I'd contact PapPal and see what, if anything, can be done. Sorry you ran into such a scumbag. Good luck

I did not pay as a gift. Unless I know you personally or have done lots of business with you I never pay as a gift. I have filed through paypal so I should get my money back.

As an aside, you need to report this guy through the IC3 for Internet Fraud. Paypal may not get you your money back, but this is a criminal act that he is engaged in.

This guy is a douche of the highest order. He seems to be getting smarter though because I did google image search these and found them on the E28 forum like he mentioned so made the mistake of assuming these were legit.

If anybody has this guys real name, address etc. please let me know, I wont let this go without ensuring I can do everything I can to make him pay.

Thanks Jason, I will report this guy through the IC3 and will be calling the Cliffwood pd in the morning to report this as well as my local law enforcement.

Then it will be onto the college he is at, find out where he works then a conversation with his girlfriend, mother and just about anybody else I can track down that he might know..

Thanks for the details - I have just spoken to the Aberdeen Police who said they will make a visit to the address.

Contacted his father via Facebook and an email address I could find - no response as yet.

The money was sent to what appears to be his sisters account or at least in her name, I have found out where she works - wasn't there when I called but back tomorrow morning so will see what it she has to say about it when I catch up with her.
