just so you know, i can pretty much say that isn't a late style tb. it certainly isn't for an ix. those two blocked off holes should have 90 degree elbows sticking out of them that connect vacuum hoses for the brake booster. i wonder if this was for a car with manual brakes? also, that brass carbon canister port would be on the bottom of the tb behind the position sensor.

if i could see the other side, i might get a better idea of what it was originally from.
