Its delphin in color and could be used as is, but i'd probably paint it. It had the buckets and wiring for the fog lights, but not the lenses/bulbs. Has the mounting bar and I will also include a brand new set of plastic mounts made by a member on this forum(they are f'n awsome-look factory) . Its in pretty good shape I'd like $200 and would prefer a local sale, but will consider shipping if i can't find someone local to buy it.
