FS: Pair of Mk2 Recaros 90% refinished by Velocity Upholstery

I have a pair of Mk2 Recaros that I was planning to put into my e30 vert but I changed my mind.

    They have been rebuilt with

    4 new lower bolster foams
    2 lower support diaphragms
Black leatherette vinyl for the outside covers
1/2" 3lb foam for the center inserts
Plaid fabric with black Recaro embroidery for the center pieces.

$1250 for the 90% completed pair I will have Velocity sew the covers together and assemble both seats. Shipping them to you is extra.

As the pieces have not been sewn together yet you can to choose between single or double top stitch and the color thread you want.

If you do not want the plaid fabric centers there is the option to use the same black vinyl to make matching centers at no extra charge.

    Starting from these:

The plaid fabric that was already cut for the centers:

The picture of the plaid seats are an identical set that was made for another customer, if the Recaro embroidery were black then that is what your seats will look like.

Here is a before & after pic of the seats that were made for me using the black vinyl.
