No DME, No Harness. Project changed, therefore sale.

I have a well running S54 engine and 6 speed transmission that was pulled from a wrecked M3. The previous owner stated the rod bearing were done under warranty at 80k and the engine had 120k on it. The flywheel and clutch are new as well (<2k) and come with the engine.

Not a problem for me (getting a pallet, wrapping it, etc) but plan on paying a lot in shipping, if you provided your own pickup and fought for your own rate it would make the process better but if I were to guess the cost would definitely be around $1000-$1500.

If anyone says it's cheaper or has a company they use feel free to chime in.

If you have people who want you to ship, have them look into shipping through Fastenal. They offer store to store shipping of pallets for very reasonable prices. I had a swap shipped from AZ to OH for under $300 if I recall correctly.

You can call them and they will quote you a price.

For what its worth, I had my S50 with tranny and a pile of parts shipped from Colorado to Vermont through UPS freight for 400... Good deal for an S54, I would take it if I had time for another swap project, but unfortunately college should probably take priority I've heard.... GLWS OP
