I would highly recommend buying steering wheel or other parts from seller, I bought one few weeks ago an very happy with the product. Shipping was super fast too. He shipped in on Sunday and I got it on my door step following Friday. That's 5 business days from Europe!!! Sometimes it takes longer to ship here within states.
