I'm located in York, PA local pick up only.
I would consider a trade for a car trailer+cash depending on condition, would have to be an open trailer with a winch. Rated heavy enough to haul anything from an e30 to a full size 2500 which would be around 7-9 pounds. Trailer must have a title.

i don't know about the rules in pa, but i have owned several flat bed trailers and have never had a title for any of them. some of them were even purchased new. i just take it down and get i weighed, then go to the dmv with a bill of sale. they issue me a plate and i go off on my way.

having a title for a camper or travel trailer would be another story.
