    *Price drop* Girling front calipers

    Couple items for sale:

$25 shipped Girling e30 front calipers off of my e30. Worked fine when pulled, about 120k miles on them. Could probably use a rebuild, but they worked without issue. I removed them to "upgrade" to Ate calipers (what a myth). They have crappy, fading, 8-year-old, black paint on them.

SOLD for $25 shipped e90 drop hats. Lowers the front about 1/2-3/4". I ran them for a while, then upgraded to Vorschlag camber plates. Will include a few of the washers necessary to keep this from hitting the upper mount.

SOLD for $110 shipped 95 m3 steering rack, worked fine when pulled, no leaks. Has ~210k miles. Was removed to upgrade a friend's e36 to a rackdoctor Z4M rack. I already have a 99 m3 rack, so no use for this.

what about the ate caliper "upgrade" are you not happy with? I picked up a pair recently that I'm thinking about swapping in for my stock girlings based on threads that they are the better caliper.

I swapped for Ate with brass guides up front, and I still get tapered pad wear. I'd say get 4-pots, or don't bother. Just my opinion.
