Miller W.A.R. chip and PSIK

Just seeing how much interest there is in this kit. I can't decide what route I want to go so I may sell this.

It has been mounted but not many miles on it at all. Has a few blemishes but nothing major.

The chip is already installed into a 173 DME, so I will include the entire DME. I will also include an extra ICV
