This seat came out of a 4-door 1986 325e I stripped down for parts.
The car had BMW option codes
497: Centre Arm rest in rear
498: Headrests in rear, Mechanic. Adjustable.
I think some people refer to the armrest as a ski-pass also?
The leather is not in perfect cosmetic shape as the pictures show, but the seats are in good functional condition. The bottom driver side is torn as shown, but most of the tear is covered by the top portion when mounted in the car. Rock this sweet setup in your car as-is, or get them recovered for a truly luxury experience.

I will stretch wrap the two parts together and ship via Fedex Ground if buyer is willing to pay full freight cost.
