s52 with or w/o tranny (NJ)

I have an s52 in my e30 m3 that I will be selling in preparation for an s54 build in the coming weeks/month. I would like to sell the engine and tranny together as I plan on going with the 6 speed in the s54.

    Details:
    -S52 out of 1999 M3
-Approximately 140k miles - still in car - can come see it or I can take videos
-new spark plugs and valve cover gasket - plugs had no unusual wear, see pics
-175 psi across all cylinders on an engine that wasn't fully heated up and no oil dropped into plug holes
    -No A/C
-K&N air filter (I believe it is K&N)
    -E30 Transmission

Can include driveshaft and full exhaust as well if needed, radiator can be included as well for a direct drop into any e30

See pictures below and please reach out to me with any questions, I am more than willing to do compression tests in person to prove photos - this engine looks as clean or cleaner than either of my e36's that I have owned, pulls strong and sounds great.

I am going to see the mechanic that will be performing the swap next week to figure out how we are going to approach everything but I plan for this motor to be out before Christmas - if someone is interested sooner then I can try and make it happen ASAP.

Asking $2500 for engine, tranny and harness- I think this is a fair price for these but please PM me with offers. Local preferred as I have never shipped an engine but if you know the details on how to do it I am all ears.

A few pics showing compression etc.

What was your avg mpg with this setup and weight of your car? I'm considering a swap into an E34.

Also HP/TQ numbers would helpful also. Thanks

Ehhh - 17-24 depending on how you drive - I get 22 dallying my e36 m3 no problem. No clue on weight, sorry.
