Pretty sure it does, miller website lists a lot of ecus for the war chip. Ive used it on 173s and 413. Here is the link to their website war section.

I've been on the fence with the war chip, but after a few hundred dollars on each chip I'd like to know why you are selling and what engines were you running with this setup. I'm s50 e30 with all the bolt ons n/a and am having issues with pinging @10.8-1 compression. I hear dialing back ignition timing a tad will solve this issue. I assume the war chip is capable of this? Please spill your guts on this one pro's and con's if there are any..

Hey.... The chip was on an m50b28 with 11:1 cr, making 225whp and 210wtq, yes it controls ignition and fueling. And has the ability to store 4 different tunes which you can switch between using the knob supplied. You can control rev limiter amd much much other stuff. See millerperformance youtube vids...
