3.2 S52 engine from a 1996 M3 - $3,500

I will listen to offers between $3,000 and $3,500 for a 1996 M3 engine.

The engine is complete with electrical accessories and wiring harness. However, the oil pan is damaged. This makes it an ideal candidate for an e30S52 swap as the stock oil pan is useless to us e30 guys anyway.
