    BMW S65 Crankshaft with rods

I'm selling a used crankshaft with matching connecting rods out of a S65 from a 2009 M3 4.0L V8. One rod bearing spun (common issue with these motors). All rods are in perfect condition. Would help your bitchin coffee table or crossfit necklace attachment

I need garage space! Asking $400 plus shipping for everything (crankshaft and all 8 connecting rods)

Where do you get the undersized bearings after you machine the crank?

Dealership sells them under different colors. "Red" and "yellow" relate to different bearing clearance, if I remember correctly. The issue is only on one rod bearing, so you could also go aftermarket as well.

I'm sorry but that is not the case.

The thickness is represented in mm, and you'll notice they don't offer an undersized bearing. It's been a big problem for quite some time. There isn't a solution at this time. Sorry.

If you can point me to an aftermarket company that sells them, I would love to hear of them, no sarcasm intended.

Damn, I thought they had oversized bearings in there. Totally my fault. Well in that case I'm open to offers! Would still make a sweet coffee table LOL

Not at all, knowledge is power. It's been a few years since I've looked at the parts film regarding rod bearings so I appreciate the input. Now someone make thus a coffee table or I will!!!
