Hey guys, I'm selling the original engine and manual trans from my '86 535i (10/85 build date). Engine has 260xxx on it but still runs great. Compression between 140-150 across all cylinders. Only caveat is the intake valve and eccentric adjuster on cyl 6 have some damage, possibly due to a poorly done valve adjustment at some point. I've put about 1500 miles on it since I bought it in this condition without issue. Needs the valve and adjuster replaced to be in perfect condition. Trans shifts well, comes with good clutch, flywheel, pressure plate. Engine includes wire harness and DME, as well as all accessories. I'd rather not ship, but I can strap it on a pallet for pick up. Any reasonable offers will be considered. Thanks!
