• This is a great upgrade from the traditional z3 short shifter
• Garagistic front and rear delrin bushings 2 extra shims included
• modified rear bushing mount to accept the delrin bushing
• modified shift carrier to accept the delrin rear bushing
• bitch clip included
• extra allen screws included
• this package will just drop into your car
• for cars that still have the driveshaft harmonic balancer the shift selector rod needs to be bent to clear it.
