Awesome! I'll get some pics up when I get it done. Most likely will be next weekend.

I'm talking about both in those locations. Obviously others have done voltmeter in the HVAC panel, but this is the first I've seen in the check panel location.

Thanks! Trying to help out the E30 community! 12 years I been asking questions. Figured it was about time I offered up something in return!

Where did you meter the voltmeter from? Cant you use that as the source?

I thought about that, but since the O2 sensor has a heater, I didn't want to pull power from the same place as the voltmeter. The O2 gauge also pulls power from the check panel circuitry.

That might just be what I do though to keep it all plug and play.

How much power does the heater draw? Use any accessary power or use panel power to a relay.

Looks great. I'm definitely in for one. If u don't get power from the panel I guess would need to run wire down through A pillar to a under dash source or straight to a spare on fuse panel. As long as you gave good instructions and provide the two wires. Look anyone wanting the A/F read is going to have to install a wideband o2 sensor

Glad I could spark some interest! Should have it done tomorrow night and the first one ready to sell! If we could start an order list so I can get an initial production estimate, that would be great. With voltmeter will be $250. Without will be $200.
