I asked my CHP friend and he said that they are illegal for street use. Only thing thsg can be yellow or amber are turn signals.

thats what everyone says but its really just luck man. its illegal, but most cops don't care.

I've had yellow lights for three years and not ONE issue and I live in LA. plus, I've been pulled over for other things besides the lights and they've never mentioned them.

a fix it ticket is worth having the lights imo. its like tint, loud exhausts, no front plate, etc. dumb ass cali laws.
