Maybe a stupid question. But is the fpr mounted to the stock rail. Or do you have to mount it elsewhere??

I bought it from a forum member (white325is or something like that) and he welded the fitting for the regulator to a stock fuel rail, so it is attached, but can be unscrewed and removed.
