i just swap it out and out in the 13? is the 13 functional?

Not sure of the functionality of the 13. I think there's a DIY on getting a 13 to work, may need the turn signal stalk as well? I'm going off the top of my head. Let me take a look for all the parts for a 13 and I'll see what's going on.
