Understeer Z3 SSK with Weighted Short Shift Knob

All brand new. The knob is weighted and sits deeper/lower on the lever. $100 shipped for everything. Not willing to split. Price is firm.

It's an OEM part. Available on the E46 330i ZHP (Performance Package), among other models.

Does the weight of the shift knob really change shift smoothness that much?

They claim on a regular throw shift lever it gives the feeling of a short throw shifter although it does not really shorten the distance of shifts. It feels nice and sits lower on the lever so its not so tall. Combined with a short shift lever this setup is pimp.
Ben I also have a UUC Delrin carrier bushing somewhere around here but I cant seem to find it at the moment. It was $25 from UUC. If I can locate it today I'll throw it in for a extra $15.
