            offtopic and assuming you have used the other 4->5 lug adapters:

            how did you get the bean-shaped piece to line up and tighten down properly/safely while still lining up with the adapter?

            I have had doubts with my technique. Thanks

              That part was basically trial and error. I ended placing a socket under the bean so its somewhat concentric with the hub.

              Another method would be to put it on loosely, dab some CA glue on the back of bean and tighten up the adapter while it dries, then go back and tighten down the kidney bean with the adapter off.
