Complete S50 Engine with 5 speed tranny for sale!

So i just pulled my 95 M3 engine/tranny out yesterday. It had about 160xxx miles on it from what i remember.

I'm selling it as a whole. So Engine, Tranny, Harness, ECU, Headers, Exhaust Mid Section with Cats that have 80k miles on it, 02 sensor that has less than roughly 100 miles on it, passed smog.

Quick upgrades off the top of my head. Previous owner got the top end rebuilt. I have receipts for the light clutch kit installed almost $900, Mustang 5.0 fuel injector rebuild, Fan Delete (Never over heated, didnt even go past the middle line) , Z3 short shifter.

Previous PREVIOUS owner was a doctor in Beverly Hills that kept it maintained with receipts even original Dealer display sale sticker with MPG lol.
Then owner after that installed the light clutch kit, Z3 shifter, oil changes, 5.0 Fuel injector rebuild, etc.

I had it for a couple months then a drunk driver or random idiot hit me from the rear. Tears i know.

I haven't seen any complete S50's with upgrades for sale so i couldn't really find something to help price it with.

Are you willing to part with the exhaust system? I want the whole exhaust system minus the muffler. I am located in the bay area so I could pick up.

Cam Position Sensor
Vanos Rebuild
Throttle Body Base Gasket
NGK Spark Plugs
JB Racing Light Clutch Kit
Knock Sensors
New Serpentine Belts
New Valve Cover Gasket set from when the owner popped it off and painted it
Intake Manifold connector for idle hose
Breather connector hose at valve cover
All new Bosch engine sensors- knock, camshaft, crankshaft, O2
And there was a spare new MAF sensor in a box of parts he gave me which I used to pass smog since the older one went out

Looks like a nice setup. Just from a pricing standpoint though, I bought my S50 with 100k on the clock with 3.5" HFM stuff, and all the goodies for 3K. You have some nice parts with your as well but I think you may be a tad high. Just some info to help OP. A nice engine though, GLWS.
