-- Leather could use some loving as it has the usual cracks in it.
-- The drivers side needs new boltsers as they are split at the seams or you can have them recovered.
-- Recline mechanism works perfectly.
-- Sliding mechanism on both needs the little plastic clip to hold the rod at the bottom in. They work now as they are but I am disclosing all "issues" . This is an easy fix/replacement from any other e30 seats.

Bolt in 4 point Sabelt Harnesses. Blue in color with yellow lettering. -- $100 shipped for the pair obo. These bolt in to 2 points in the rear and 2 points on the seat base. They work fine with stock seats. I never use them and have no desire to keep them.
