No bulb housing, no seals, just the taillights.
One small crack, doesn't let water in.
Clear coat coverage isn't perfect on the edges where the blinker is. I just make sure to wax it every time I wax the car.
Orange was painted with Duplicolor Metalcast Red, followed by a few blending coats over the rest of the taillight, except the reverse portion. Then Followed with 2-Part Spraymax clearcoat.

Cover was leaking so I am sandblasting the cover, painting silver (unless its' future buyer contacts me before I paint it) and then reinstalling with a new gasket.
Great working condition, no grinding or funny noises.
