I think you'll be hard pressed to find buyers that want to send you funds via a method that allows them no recourse should problems arise with the gear or shipping or delays. Especially when these products can be bought brand new for about the same price directly from the manufacturer which includes support and warranty, etc

My PayPal has been hacked twice so I don't use it. It's one of the most insecure means of buying things online. I've bought things on here using those my methods with no problems. Just recently I purchased a transmission on here using Chase Quick Pay and the seller was happy because guess what..no fee!. PayPal is not a bank and they are capable of holding your money for months at a time all while charging you 2.9% on your transaction. I'm not good with that. As far as support goes I'm sure if you call the Miller guys for support they will answer your questions.

Another thing I should add. The WAR chip setup requires that you hook up to a computer running Windows XP, in order to run their tuning software. That being said, refurbished laptops running XP can be found on ebay for around $30.
