FS: M42, 240 and radiator in Texas

I bought a 318is yesterday with ~105k on the clock. I'm pulling the engine to do a swap. Engine is still in the car so you can check it out before you take it.
    • ~105k mile m42. I trailered the car home so I've only driven it around the block. Engine pulls well but the temperature gauge started to climb and didn't appear to be stopping so I shut it down at 2/3. I'm guessing the thermostat needs to be replaced which will be easy with the engine out. I don't see any signs of other issues. Includes A/C compressor, alternator, PS pump. Also includes stock airbox and miscellaneous gaskets the PO gave me.
    • ~105k mile 240. Syncros are good, shifting is smooth. No issues.
    • 318 radiator in good shape.

$300 picked up in Austin, TX for the whole setup.

        Bump.

I started the car up and shot a video of the engine running for someone who was interested. Honestly...when I bought the car I didn't even listen to the engine because I knew I was pulling it out. If you listen to the video there is a knocking noise coming from the engine that is RPM dependent.
