I'm putting up the twin scroll turbo setup I built (hot side). This is all new, never ran.
Turbo
- Custom built Kinugawa twin scroll turbo - from factory
- Water/oil cooled
- Journal bearing
- Compressor wheel - 52.5/68mm (Inducer/Exducer)
- Turbine wheel - 58.8/67.2mm (Inducer/Exducer)
- 2.8bar maximum pressure
- Balanced to 150,000rpm
- Anti-surge compressor housing 3" inlet/2" outlet
- T3 - 12cm twin scroll compressor housing (port matched to manifold flange)
- Comes with installation hardware (oil feed line, gaskets, drain hardware) will require you to tap your pan and install drain line.
Manifold
Started as a CXracing manifold, completely disassembled and rebuilt into a twin scroll manifold. Flange to port alignment reworked (see photos). Pulses split to flange, wastegate provisions added. (Will require passenger side inner fender well massaging to fit properly)
Wastegates
2 - Emusa racing 38mm wastegates. Variation of a Tial. Great reviews, solid build quality.
Downpipe
This down pipe will fit an m20 with this turbo configuration. Already has Vbands welded on, will come with an additional lower vband clamp assembly as well.
