Rally Armor mud flaps, spark plug wires, hex-o-mat floor mats
Three items today:
1. Rally Armor Polyurethane mudflaps - $100
These are their universal 12x15 flaps with some hardware designed to mount directly to an early model with US bumpers. If you want to put these on late models, you just have to go to home depot and figure out some way to help the rears mount better; they are mounted in two places, one of which uses a screw which goes in to the diving board bumper. You just need to get creative. The fronts are direct bolt on as long as you still have your fender liners etc. Every other day I'll see another car with red mud flaps. I had them first! Actually, the real reason I bought them was to keep snow and salt off the rocker panels during the winter. Less salt = less rust for $100
2. 325i red spark plugs wires - $60
I bought these as part of a Rockauto closeout and am passing on the savings. They are an aftermarket brand, made in Canada, and come with the pulse sensor for all 325i motors. $60
3. Bavauto Hex-o-mat floor mats - $40
These mats have a hexagon pattern which breaks up ice and helps melt it so the snows stays in place and doesn't scatter everywhere. I've had these for two seasons and they work fine - I'm moving and don't need the snow stuff anymore. They retail for 55 plus shipping and a three week waiting period. Get them now for $40
